Notifications of admission or deferment may be issued by either the higher education institution or by us. Information on who carries out the submission, you receive in the status view under “My notifications” in the application portal. In case the higher education institution issues the notifications itself, it decides when and how the notification is submitted to the applicants. In this case you receive the notice in your user account that the notification is issued by the higher education institution. If you have any queries regarding the notification or enrolment, please contact the respective higher education institution directly.
In case the submission of notifications is carried out by the SfH, applicants are provided with notifications on Mondays and Thursdays normally as of 5:00 p.m. at the earliest in the application portal of the dialogue-oriented service procedure (DoSV). If you also have requested a submission by post, this is carried out on Tuesdays and Fridays. On those days also the submission of the notifications of exclusion is carried out.
